Managed Measurement would like to take a few minutes to tell you about who we are and what we have to offer to our Customers. We have been in business for over 20 years and we operate under two main departments.
MMI has a fully accredited ISO 17025-Dimensional Inspection department since year 2005 and has recently obtained ISO “17025:2017” accreditation certification through ANAB – Ansi National Accreditation Board. DEA EPSILON CMM machines are equipped with PC DMIS software. We perform yearly inspections, part layouts, gauge R&R studies using STEP AHEAD software and fixture/detail repair and re-certifications as well as many other procedures.
We also have a machine department which consists of a FADAL 5020 CNC using master cam software, as well as a CNC lathe and general equipment to perform various services.(i.e. bridge port, welder, surface grinder etc…).
This allows us to build from new and deliver a completely finished and certified product, as well as having the capabilities of repairing in house after preliminary inspection and deliver to the customer a finished, certified product which saves time and money!
